220 Patti — FAQ
Why are there only 220 pattis?
A patti (panna) is three digits written in rising order, with 0 counted as the biggest digit. Counting every such combination gives exactly 220.
What are SP, DP and TP?
SP (single patti) has three different digits, like 128. DP (double patti) has one digit twice, like 112. TP (triple patti) has the same digit three times, like 777.
What is the ank of a patti?
Add the three digits and take the last digit. For 389: 3 + 8 + 9 = 20, so the ank is 0.
